COSMIC are recruiting!

Following on from the success of bids to Capacity Builders and the ESF, COSMIC are looking for a Learning Coordinator to lead in the co-ordination of learning support for projects including Lively Leadership, Regional ICT Champion and other training-related initiatives and to act as consultant to projects and services where a focus on learning and development is a key part of the work to be completed. The Learning Coordinator will manage the learning programme for participants on the ESF funded Social Enterprise Leadership Project which will include management and organisation of the recruitment, residentials, seminar programme, placements and the recruitment and liaison with mentors/facilitators and coaches.

This is a two-year contract initially, and we are happy to receive applications from those looking for part-time or full-time, or job share opportunities. Ideally we will have someone working with us for 32 hours per week, but keen to hear from anyone with an ambition to join our team in this role at this time. Most important is our need for someone who can work under their own initiative, with a keen interest and understanding in learning and development, and with a passion for social enterprise and supporting people

Salary in the region of £25 - £28k pro-rata.
