Dates for your Diary - Lively Leadership Workshops
There are a few places still free on the first few Lively Leadership workshops.
These are running on:-
Thursday 14th May, 9.30am - 1.00pm, Woodlands Castle, Taunton.
Friday 22nd May, 9.30am - 1.00pm, East Devon Business Centre, Honiton.
Wednesday 10th June, 1.30pm - 5.00pm, The Pierian Centre, Bristol.
Tuesday 16th June, 9.30am - 1.00pm. Venue to be confirmed.
The Lively Leadership Project will give you a wide range of blended support to help you develop your confidence, competence and commitment as a leader in a Social Enterprise. During the session we will explore the challenges of Lively Leadership and you will discover how to make the most of:-
• Leadership Mentoring
• Phone, email and video links to mentors
• Workshops and Action Learning sets
• Master-classes
• Online support and tools
During the morning you will take part in a number of activities which have been designed to help you to:
• Increase your self awareness
• Challenge your thinking about Leadership and your role as a leader
• Get the best out of all the support available through the project and other sources
• Share best practice
