The Lively Leadership Pioneer Programme

This Pioneer programme is being managed by COSMIC and offered by the Social Enterprise Leadership Partnership (SELP) which is a collaboration between key agencies in the South West to deliver specific leadership training to managers in social enterprises.  In researching need and developing learning tools and methods, the partners will develop innovative best practice which they will disseminate and seek to mainstream to other social enterprise networks and to other relevant agencies.

Since May 2008, a specialist Business Link regional Information, Diagnostic and Brokerage (IDB) business support service, including voucher scheme to South West social enterprises has been piloted. It has proved very successful and as a result the model is being rolled out in the region using European funding.
